It’s no secret that Blake Lively loves her Louboutins! The Gossip Girl actress recently revealed that Christian personally picks out shoes to pair with an outfit. As if that wasn’t enough, Lively said, “My gosh, [the spring collection] was sent to my house today, and they’re so beautiful. They’re amazing. I walked around my apartment wearing them.”

Blake Lively is on the March cover of ELLE Magazine where she dishes on boyfriends and dating. Although she’s been linked to famous faces such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Penn Badgley, Lively is currently rumored to be in a relationship with Ryan Reynolds. Blake says; “I’ve had four boyfriends in my whole life. I’ve never been with anyone that’s not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it’s because there’s somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while. I’ve never gone on a date. Maybe I’m too shy. If I’ve ever had a man in my life, it’s because I know him well, and he really means something to me. I don’t take that stuff lightly. I’d rather be by myself than be spending any time or energy on somebody that I didn’t feel sure about.”

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler just announced their engagement was back on last November and now they are having a baby! The couple released a statement saying “We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together. It’s an amazing time in our life and we can’t wait to meet the new addition to our growing family.” There is no word yet on when they will tie the knot or when their little one is due. Congrats!

For Liam Hemsworth’s birthday, Miley Cyrus bought him an adorable new puppy! She tweeted: ”Meet Ziggy =]” Too cute!

Taylor Swift is on the cover of Vogue’s February issue, and the country singer talks fame, love and awkward phases. Swift says, “I think I am smart unless I am really, really in love, and then I am ridiculously stupid,” she says. I got nothing going on! I just don’t really feel like dating. I really have this great life right now, and I’m not sad and I’m not crying this Christmas, so I am really stoked about that.” When asked if she was crying last Christmas (after her split from Gyllenhaal), she said, “I am not gonna go into it! It’s a sad story!” Will Taylor write about her last breakup on her next album? “There’s just been this earth-shattering, not recent, but absolute crash-and-burn heartbreak,” she says. “And that will turn out to be what the next album is about.”
